About HG Compliance Services

HG Compliance Services was established to bring clarity, structure, and real‑world practicality to transport and corporate compliance.

Why We Exist

Compliance in high‑risk industries is often misunderstood or treated as a paperwork exercise. Through hands‑on operational experience, we identified recurring gaps caused not by intent, but by complexity and poor guidance.

HG Compliance Services exists to bridge that gap — translating regulatory obligations into systems businesses can realistically follow and defend.

Industry Familiarity

Our work is grounded in real transport operations and an understanding of how large operators and supply chains approach compliance, governance, and evidence. While every business is different, we’re familiar with the standards and expectations commonly seen across Australia’s major logistics environments — including operators and networks such as Linfox, Toll Group, Team Global Express, Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Mainfreight, and Qube.

This helps us build systems that are practical on the ground, but also aligned to what customers, auditors, and regulators typically expect to see.

Our Founder

HG Compliance Services was established by Harry Gill, a 24‑year‑old compliance professional with hands‑on experience inside active transport operations.

Harry has spent over two years working within Angad Transport, where he has been directly involved in compliance management, fleet documentation, risk controls, and operational oversight. Through this role, he has operated within compliance environments where major operators set strong expectations across the supply chain.

This exposure shaped the philosophy behind HG Compliance Services: compliance must support operations — not exist only on paper.
